Payments:
For reservations up to 2 weeks before arrival 100% of the total price.
For reservations more than 3 weeks before arrival 50% of the total price.
The remainder of the price must be paid upon arrival.

Cancellations:
For the cancellation to be considered valid, you must send it via e-mail in which you MUST receive a reply. (Cancellations via phone will not be consider valid). weeks before arrival.
