Payments:
For reservations up to 2 weeks before arrival 100% of the total price.
For reservations more than 3 weeks before arrival 50% of the total price.
The remainder of the price must be paid upon arrival.
Deposit after confirmation 30%

Cancellations:
For the cancellation to be considered valid, you must send it via e-mail in which you MUST receive a reply. (Cancellations via phone will not be consider valid). weeks before arrival.

Cancellation costs:
Cancellation up to 48 hours from the reservation are free of charge.
Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival : 30% of the booked price.
Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival : 50% of the booked price
Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival : 100% of the booked price.
The last also applies in case of no-show or early departure.
